Dual Length Target Tape Bag Sealer
The Mk5 Target Tape Bag Sealer is a paperless unit designed specifically to seal both the standard thin polythene bags and the thicker paper bags without the need for compromise. The unit has a dual pneumatic pressure system which controls the tightness of the bag knot which can easily be interchanged by the push of a button. This, along with the dual tape length facility, 90mm for the standard bags and 110mm for the paper bags, is unique to this bag sealer and allows total control of the seal on either bag type.
An internal PLC controls the timing of the electro-pneumatic components which run parallel to the mechanical systems that in turn are being constantly monitored by a shaft encoder. This allows the tape seal to remain consistent during any potential line speed deviation from the 10ppm to 85ppm which is generally required in a large plant bakery.
