Flexi Semi-Automatic System

The SBS Thurne Semi-Automatic Bagging and Sealing System is a flexible alternative to fully automated options and allows small to medium size volumes to be bagged and sealed efficiently. After bagging a printed (if required) adhesive tape seal is automatically applied to the bag neck by the Flexi-Sealer. The re-sealeable tape seals are recognised globally by the food industry as the safest and most cost effective method of sealing bags.

The Flexi Semi-Automatic System can be supplied with one or more bag opening stations, with various conveyor lengths depending upon the speed required and the nature of the product. The system can also be supplied tilted up to 15º for handling loose product.

For added flexibility the Flexi-Sealer Raise/Lower feature can allow for several different height and width products to be sealed efficiently on just the one system.

The Flexi Semi-Automatic System is used in both food and non-food application. From fresh to frozen, from bread to sausages to pizza and even hardware. The Flexi Semi-Automatic System provides a flexible and reliable solution.
